Production process of double-sided bright PS sheet
Raw material selection:
High-quality PS resin: Select high-quality polystyrene resin to ensure the purity and performance stability of the material.
Additives: Add brighteners, antioxidants and other modifiers as needed to improve the performance and surface quality of the sheet.
Extrusion molding:
Melting extrusion: Mix the PS resin and additives and heat and melt them in the extruder, and extrude them into sheets through the die.
Temperature control: Strictly control the temperature of the extruder and the die to ensure the uniformity and surface smoothness of the molten PS.
Cooling and shaping:
Cooling roller: The molten PS sheet is cooled and shaped by the cooling roller. Double-sided bright PS sheets usually use high-precision mirror cooling rollers to ensure surface gloss and flatness.
Double-sided treatment: During the cooling process, the smooth mirror rollers on both sides of the sheet are used to make both sides of the sheet have high gloss and excellent flatness.
Subsequent processing:
Cutting and trimming: Cut and trim the cooled and shaped PS sheet according to the required size to ensure that the edges of the sheet are neat.
Surface treatment: Surface treatment is performed as needed, such as coating an antistatic layer, printing, etc.
