Customer introduction

The Thai customer’s company is a manufacturer specializing in food packaging, mainly providing packaging boxes for vegetables, fruits, bread, biscuits, candies, yogurt and other food packaging for major supermarkets and chain convenience stores.

The customer was introduced to our company by a friend, saying that we are a great manufacturer of PET plastic sheets, and then he got in touch with us from the website search, so the whole communication process between him and our sales manager was relatively smooth.

Customer demand

The customer needed 10 tons of food grade PET plastic sheet with thickness of about 0.5mm. The customer especially emphasized that the delivery should be made within one month, and there should be no delay in delivery. Because he got an urgent order downstream. So the lead time is very important to him.

Provide solutions

According to the customer’s needs and his production schedule, we made the following plans for him: We delivered the goods to him twice. The first time we delivered 3 tons of PET plastic sheets to him a week after his payment, so that he could produce the packaging boxes first, and the second time we delivered the remaining 7 tons of PET plastic sheets, so that all the products could be delivered according to his requirements. Also leave him enough time for production and processing.
