Plastics, especially thermoplastics, will produce waste or waste products in every link of synthesis, molding, distribution and consumption, which are collectively referred to as “waste plastics”. According to the recyclability of waste plastics, it can be divided into two categories: pollution waste plastics and recyclable waste plastics.

Recycled materials are generally produced from the recycling and reuse of chemical products, and various corresponding products are produced through certain processing methods. Different product needs have different properties of recycled materials, so that different products can be made from recycled materials. Due to the problem of world resources, more and more users use recycled materials, and plastic product manufacturers are increasingly favoring the use of recycled materials.

Recyclable plastics are called recycled plastics, and the categories of recycled plastics are as follows:

PP sheet (polypropylene), sensory identification: This product is white and transparent, with higher transparency than LDPE, and there is a sound when rubbing.

Combustion identification: when burning, the flame is yellow and blue at the bottom, smells like oil, melts and drips, and there is no black smoke when burning.

PET sheet (polyester), sensory identification: This product is white and transparent, feels hard, and makes noise when rubbing. It looks like PP.

Combustion identification: there is black smoke when burning, and the flame has the phenomenon of flashover. After burning, the surface of the material is black and carbonized. The black carbon after burning is rubbed with fingers, and the carbide is in the form of powder.

PVC sheet (polyvinyl chloride), sensory identification: the appearance is very similar to EVA but elastic.

Combustion identification: black smoke is emitted when burning, and it will be extinguished immediately after leaving the fire. The burning surface is black, and there is no melting and dripping phenomenon.

Nylon polymer (LDPE+nylon), sensory identification: This product is very similar in appearance to LDPE.

Combustion identification: The burning flame is yellow on the top and blue on the bottom, smokeless when burning, with the smell of paraffin, melting and dripping, easy to draw, but different from LDPE, it has the smell of burning hair when burning, and it is light yellow after burning.

Nylon copolymer can not be used for regeneration granulation, it must be strictly differentiated from LDPE and the content in large pieces must be strictly controlled.

PE+PP copolymer material, sensory identification: Compared with LDPE, the transparency of this product is much higher than that of LDPE, and the hand feel is no different from that of LDPE.

Combustion identification: When the product burns, the flame is full yellow, melts and drips, no black smoke, and smells like oil.

PP+PET copolymer material, sensory identification: the appearance is similar to PP, the transparency is extremely high, and the sound is greater than that of PP when rubbed.

Combustion identification: there is black smoke when burning, the flame has flashover phenomenon, and the burning surface is black carbonized.

PE+PET composite sheet, sensory identification: one side of the material surface is smooth and the other side is not smooth, white and transparent.

Combustion identification: It is like PET when burning, no melting and dripping phenomenon, black carbonization on the burning surface, black smoke, flashover phenomenon, and paraffin smell of PE.
