1) PS plastic sheet
The full name of PS is Polystyrene. The conventional colors are black and white, and other colors can also be customized according to customer requirements. However, the MOQ of the color sheet is very high, and the color sheet can only be made into an antistatic index of the power of 9-11. If the quantity required is small and the anti-static value is high, it is generally not recommended.
PS black sheet can be made into anti-static blister tray with three index levels, while the anti-static index of white can only be 9-11 power.
The first type: anti-static plastic tray (anti-static index 9-11 power) under normal circumstances, the use time is about 3-6 months. However, the anti-static value is easily affected by the environment, air, temperature and humidity, which shortens the anti-static service life. The unit price is lower than that of semi-conductive and conductive materials, and it is recommended for customers who do not require high anti-static index and have a short service cycle.
The second type: semi-conductive plastic tray (anti-static index 6-9 power) under normal circumstances, the use time is about half a year to 1 year. The anti-static value is not affected by the environment, air, temperature and humidity, but since its price is comparable to that of conductive materials, and the anti-static index of conductive materials is more stable, it is established to choose the latter.
The third type: conductive plastic tray, also known as permanent anti-static tray (anti-static index 3-6 power) under normal circumstances, the use time is about half a year to 1-3 years, and the anti-static value is not affected by the environment. Like PS, color sheet and natural color can only be made into anti-static 9-11 power electrostatic index, and the MOQ of color sheet is very high, generally not recommended.
PP is the most high temperature resistant of all materials, and its heat distortion temperature is 80-120 °C. Compared with the other three materials, the PP material is softer. 3) PET plastic sheet
The full name of PET is Polyethyleneterephthalate, the conventional color is transparent, and it can also be made into color sheets according to customer requirements. The processing method of PET anti-static sheet is external coating, which is the same as PP and PS, and can also be made into three levels of anti-static index. 9-11th power, 6-9th power and 3-6th power. At present, most blister companies in the market can only control their electrostatic index to 9-11th power.
4) PVC plastic sheet
The full name of PVC is Polyvinylchloride. Like PET, the conventional color is transparent, and it can also be made into color sheets according to customer requirements. However, it should be noted that PVC can only be made into an anti-static effect with an electrostatic index of 9-11, and the raw material needs to be ordered from 1 ton.
