Brif Intro
Volume-conductive PET sheet is made by adding conductive ingredients (such as carbon black, metal powder or conductive polymer) directly to the PET material during the production process, so that the entire sheet has conductive properties from the inside out. This method ensures that the conductivity is not limited to the surface, but runs through the entire material. This structure allows the material to maintain its conductive properties even if it is scratched, worn or cut during use.
Advantages of volume-conductive PET sheet
Strong durability: Since the conductivity is contained in the material, the conductive properties of the material can remain unchanged even if the surface is worn or scratched. Compared with surface coated conductive PET sheet, it has a longer service life.
High wear resistance: The volume-conductive PET sheet shows better wear resistance under mechanical stress such as friction and pressure, and the conductivity will not be affected by damage to the surface coating.
Environmental stability: The conductivity of the volume-conductive PET sheet is not easily affected by external environmental conditions (such as humidity, temperature, chemicals, etc.), and the conductivity is more stable. In contrast, the surface coating may age or fall off in high temperature and high humidity environments.


Conductive uniformity: Since the conductive material is evenly distributed inside the sheet, the conductivity of the volume-conductive PET sheet is more consistent, avoiding the conductivity fluctuation problem caused by uneven coating.
Environmental protection: The volume-conductive sheet does not require the use of harmful chemical coating processes, which reduces pollution to the environment, and the material is easier to recycle and reuse.
Long-term economic efficiency: Although the initial production cost is high, due to the durability and stability of the volume-conductive sheet, the replacement and maintenance costs can be reduced in long-term use, and the economic benefits are higher.
Characteristics of Volume-conductive PET sheet
Material composition: It is composed of PET resin and conductive components, and the conductive components are evenly distributed inside the material.
Thickness range: Different thicknesses can be customized according to requirements, usually ranging from 0.18mm to 1.8mm.
