CPET (crystalline polyethylene terephthalate) is a polyester material that is crystallized through a special heat treatment. Production process of CPET sheet
The production process of CPET plastic sheets mainly includes the following steps:
- Raw material preparation: High-purity PET resin is used, combined with nucleating agents and additives to enhance the crystallization properties of the material.
- Extrusion process: PET resin is melted through an extruder to form a continuous and uniform melt.
- Crystallization treatment: During the cooling process, precise temperature control is used to promote the crystallization of PET molecular chains, giving the material high-temperature resistance.
