Case Background

With the rapid development of electronic products, the market demand for high-performance packaging materials is increasing, especially in the protection of sensitive electronic parts. A Thai electronics manufacturer needs a packaging material with conductive function for its newly launched high-end electronic products to prevent electrostatic damage and ensure safety during transportation. Therefore, the customer decided to choose conductive PET sheet to thermoform the electronic component assembly tray to meet its high standard packaging needs.

Environmental compatibility: The tray of electronic component assemblies needs to be used in a variety of environments, including high temperature and high humidity. Therefore, the conductive PET sheets must have good temperature resistance and moisture resistance to ensure the long-term reliability of the material.
