Brif Intro
Conductive HIPS plastic sheet is made by adding conductive additives to ordinary HIPS plastic sheet. It has conductive properties and can be used in anti-static, electromagnetic shielding and other fields.
The conductivity of conductive HIPS plastic sheet is achieved by adding conductive additives to the HIPS substrate. Commonly used conductive additives include carbon black, graphite powder, metal powder, etc. These conductive additives can reduce the resistivity of HIPS plastic sheet, making it have certain conductive properties.




Conductive HIPS plastic sheet has the following characteristics:

Type and amount of conductive additives. The type and amount of conductive additives will directly affect the resistivity of conductive HIPS plastic sheet. Generally speaking, the more types and amounts of conductive additives, the lower the resistivity and the better the conductive properties.
Molecular weight of HIPS substrate. The higher the molecular weight of HIPS substrate, the better the conductive properties.
Processing technology. The processing technology of conductive HIPS plastic sheet will also affect its conductive properties. For example, the uniformity of adding conductive additives, mixing time and temperature will affect the conductive properties of conductive HIPS plastic sheet.
