About the customer
Bangladeshi customers first saw our production line video of PET plastic sheet rolls on YouTube and discovered that we are a manufacturer specializing in the production of PET plastic sheet rolls. Later, they found and contacted us through our official website.
Through our sales communication, we learned that the customer is a large local food packaging manufacturer in Bangladesh. A large amount of PET plastic sheet rolls need to be purchased every year. Previously, fixed suppliers of PET plastic sheet rolls were also in China, but due to the impact of the epidemic, they were unable to continue to provide products to them, which required them to find new suppliers.
After we gave the customer a quotation, the customer did not reply to our message for a long time. Later, through continuous communication with the customer, the sales manager gave us the opportunity to take him to visit the site online. We introduced our product certificates, as well as our production workshop and our office.
After this online visit, customers had a different attitude towards us and began to proactively ask us if we could provide samples for testing. We cooperate with customers to send samples. After the customer passed the test, he placed a new order with us, but the order quantity was relatively large, and an on-site factory inspection was required before placing the order. This is the offline visit.
