Introduction to Anti-block PET sheet
Anti-block PET sheet is a special functional PET hard sheet, which is mainly used to solve the problem that ordinary PET sheets are easy to stick together during stacking, storage and processing. It reduces surface friction by coating silicone oil or built-in lubricant to improve the processing and use efficiency of the sheet.
Suitable for thermoforming, printing, electronic protection, packaging liner and other fields, it can provide excellent anti-blocking performance while ensuring high transparency and mechanical strength of PET sheets.

What is the difference between external silicone oil type and internal smooth type?
External silicone oil type: There is a slight silicone oil coating on the surface, and the anti-sticking effect is immediate, but long-term use may fail due to silicone oil migration.
Internal smooth type: Anti-sticking is achieved through material modification, no additional coating is required, the long-term effect is stable, and it is suitable for more demanding process requirements.
